Desktop Pipeline reports in this article that Firefox is vulnerable to a bug that was first reported back in 1998. There’s no word on that site when the bug will be fixed but they report that the problem can be circumvented if you close all other Firefox windows (and, assumedly, tabs) before opening a window to a secure site.
